No bear this spring, never had much time to get out. Zane turns 12 this Oct. he wants to start hunting this year, he really wants to go for spring bear next year so I'm going to be getting out more than I did this year.

My falcon has finally molted out enough to get her going. I trapped her late last year, she was in pretty rough shape. She had broken feathers was a bit light. Started her training a couple weeks ago and is coming along nicely. I hope to get her on ducks this weekend. I also inherited a perigrine falcon earlier this year, she's 7 years old and she's a real sexy bitch :) She is real slow to molt, she's only about half threw her molt right now. It will be a while before I can get her going. I'll post some pics later.
